By accessing or using FormuLab, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

FormuLab provides educational formula references, topic pages, study tools, sharing, and PDF export features for students. Content is provided for study and reference purposes only.

We work to keep the information useful, but FormuLab is not a substitute for your instructor, textbook, course materials, or professional judgment.

Formulas, explanations, examples, calculations, search results, shared pages, and PDF exports may contain errors, omissions, outdated information, formatting issues, or assumptions that do not apply to your specific course, instructor, standard, jurisdiction, or professional context.

• You are responsible for independently verifying formulas, units, variables, assumptions, and results before relying on them.
• Do not treat FormuLab output as complete, current, or guaranteed to be correct.
• If a result matters for grades, safety, professional work, compliance, or another important decision, verify it against authoritative sources or a qualified person.
• If you find a mistake, report it so we can review and improve the content.

• Use FormuLab as a learning aid, not as a substitute for lectures, textbooks, professional judgment, or instructor guidance.
• Check assumptions, units, notation, and course-specific conventions before relying on a formula.
• Do not use FormuLab for safety-critical, professional engineering, medical, financial, legal, or regulated decisions.

• Do not scrape, bulk download, resell, or redistribute FormuLab content without written permission.
• Do not use automated systems to mirror, archive, harvest, or extract substantial portions of the service.
• Do not use FormuLab content to train, fine-tune, evaluate, or build datasets for machine learning systems without written permission.
• Do not interfere with the service, attempt to bypass protections, or use the app in a way that harms other users.
• Do not submit content that is unlawful, abusive, misleading, or infringes someone else’s rights.
• Do not claim FormuLab content as your own original work where academic integrity rules require attribution or independent work.

Some features may use automation, generated explanations, formula search, PDF export, or third-party services. Output from these features may be incomplete, incorrect, outdated, or formatted in a way that changes the meaning of a formula.

You are responsible for reviewing all generated or exported content before using it in assignments, exams, projects, professional work, or any important context.

Some features may require an account in the future. If account features are available, you are responsible for the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure.

FormuLab is currently offered without paid plans. If paid features are introduced later, the applicable terms will be shown before purchase.

The FormuLab name, interface, original explanations, organization, design, and software are owned by FormuLab or its licensors. You may use the service for personal educational purposes, but you may not copy or commercialize substantial parts of the service without permission.

If you send us formula corrections, bug reports, source suggestions, or product feedback, you allow FormuLab to review and use that information to improve the service. You should only send information you have the right to share.

We want formula content to be accurate and properly handled. If you believe a formula, explanation, example, source reference, or other material is incorrect, misleading, or infringes your rights, contact us with enough detail to review the issue.

• For formula corrections, include the page URL, the formula or section, the issue, and a reliable source if available.
• For copyright concerns, include your contact information, the material at issue, and enough information to identify your rights and the requested action.
• We may update, remove, or decline to change content after review.

FormuLab may reference third-party resources or link to external websites. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices.

FormuLab is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of accuracy, completeness, reliability, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FormuLab will not be liable for losses or damages arising from errors, omissions, reliance on content, interrupted access, or your use of the service, including indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of FormuLab at any time. We may also update these terms when the product, law, or business changes. The updated date above tells you when the latest version took effect.

These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, unless mandatory local law says otherwise.
